If you wish to apply by mail for the CUA ministerial ordination and education program, here is what you need to do:

• Download, print, and fill out the application form (MS Word .doc).
  
• Write a check payable to the Christian Universalist Association for $150 if you are already ordained by another organization, or $300 if you are not. This is a non-refundable application and processing fee, and it helps to provide the financial support we need. It is a donation to support the work of our organization, not payment for ordination.
  
• Send these things to the following address:

• Download, print, and sign the cover page (MS Word .doc) for each of the three confidential letters of recommendation that need to be submitted for you. Give these cover pages to three people who know you, whom you wish to recommend you to the CUA Ordination Committee.
  
• Download the reading list and the list of required papers (MS Word .doc) for the ordination study course. If you indicated in your application form that you have prior knowledge or experience which would make some of these assignments redundant, we will discuss this with you and your course requirements may be reduced accordingly. You are expected to buy or borrow your own books.
  
• Download the CUA Statement of Faith and Non-Hatred Pledge (MS Word .doc), print and sign it, and send it to us along with all your other required papers after you complete your assigned readings.
